Open Gate Brewery – St. James' Gate, Dublin, Ireland
Role: Head Brewer
Achievement: Created program iteration for existing equipment, developed Toasted Oat and Vanilla Brown and Amarillo Rye Pale Ale. The Rye Pale Ale went on to win a World Beer Award in 2015 and was distributed globally.
Wicklow Brewery – Redcross, Wicklow
Role: Head Brewer
Achievement: Upgraded program iteration and created product specifications for existing brewery products.
Line Creek Brewing Company, Peachtree City, GA
Role: Head Brewer (01-B Visa - Person of Extraordinary Talent)
Achievement: Worked with OEM, designed brewery, core products, built KPIs into program iteration. Surpassed 3-year production target in 3 months. Won best flavored sour in America at World Beer Awards. Company expanded to 3 locations.
Big Kettle Brewing Company, Lawrenceville, GA
Role: Brewing Consultant
Achievement: $10M startup with fully automated brewery. Consulted for 50 customers, created contracts with product specifications, deviation tolerances, detailed batch reports and COGS. Program managed quality and production side of business.
Thinman Brewery
Role: Brewing Consultant
Achievement: Fully integrated program at both locations, stabilized production and process flow, provided ownership with batch reports highlighting areas of opportunity and accountability.
